ARTIST SUBMISSION: CORA STAFFORD EXHIBITORS
If you have an exhibit in the Cora Stafford Gallery, you may obtain a password from the UNT Art Gallery Office, ART 221. The gallery assistant must enter your name, password, the exhibit's name(s) and exhibit dates for you to be able to edit your profile and upload files. Make sure to provide them with this information. Having a password will allow you to edit your personal information, add/remove yourself from exhibits, and upload your artwork images for your exhibits.
You may also request to be the Exhibit's Manager. The Exhibit Manager can edit exhibit information, upload an Exhibit Flyer, Exhibit Artwork Images (for all artists in exhibition), Reception Photos, and can add/remove other artists to/from the exhibit. To be an Exhibit Manager you need a password and you must provide the above information as well as the other artists' names in the exhibition to the gallery. We ask that you inform any other exhibition members that you are requesting Exhibit Manager status and that you will be responsible for adding all exhibit information on behalf of the group. The other individuals can get their own passwords to edit their personal information, but only one Exhibit Manager can be assigned per exhibit.
