The collections at the College of Visual Arts and Design include artworks by some of the greatest European and American artists of the 20th century, with an emphasis on works on paper and photography. Reaching deep into the vault, this exhibition features artworks very rarely, if ever, exhibited and seen from the Permanent Collection at CVAD. Included are artworks by John Thomas Biggers, Patrick Caulfield, Ronald King, Carlos Mérida, Henry Moore, and Pierre-Auguste Renoir.
This exhibition is made possible through the generosity of donors to the College of Visual Arts and Design and the UNT Art Gallery, such as Stanley Marcus, Ronald Williams, Dr. Jean Andrews, and the Martin S. Ackerman Foundation.
Curated by Victoria Estrada Berg DeCuir, Assistant Director at the UNT Art Galleries.
